About this policy
This policy applies to the Leadership Rhythm application for iPhone and iPad, made available by Brenen Morse through Pathfinders Ventures. It does not cover other Pathfinders Ventures websites or applications, which may have their own privacy practices.
App activity
Leadership Rhythm uses features such as adjustable coaching intervals, encouragement and missed-opportunity counts, and daily summaries to help you measure your leadership habits. We do not collect this activity information from the app or receive it as personal data. The app's current App Store privacy disclosure is “Data Not Collected.”
Notifications
The app uses timed prompts and may use notifications, sounds, or vibrations to remind you to engage with your team. You can manage app notifications in your device settings. These prompts are not used for location tracking.
Advertising and tracking
We do not use Leadership Rhythm to collect personal data for advertising, sell personal data, or track users across third-party apps or websites.
Apple diagnostics
Depending on your Apple device settings, Apple may provide developers with diagnostic information, such as crash reports, under Apple's own privacy practices. This is separate from information collected through Leadership Rhythm itself.
Your choices
You can stop using the app at any time, adjust its notification permissions in iOS Settings, or delete the app from your device. Because we do not collect or maintain your Leadership Rhythm activity information on our servers, we cannot retrieve it on your behalf.
Children
Leadership Rhythm is designed as a leadership and management tool. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the app.
Policy updates
If the app or its privacy practices change, we will revise this policy and update the date above. Material changes to data collection will also be reflected in the app's App Store privacy information as required.
